JAJ Properties has extensive experience in acquiring run down Victorian town houses, disused office blocks, and pubs… We have even successfully converted several disused churches!
Rather than focus on creating larger single dwellings, JAJ Properties concentrate on apartment conversions, making our properties more accessible and affordable for the first-time buyer. Our innovative planning and specialist outlook allow us to create several apartments within each of the buildings we acquire.
